Urgent Requirement

Facility Executive for UDS
Key responsibilities
• Occupational Health & Safety (OHS) -Daily Inspection of the Facility and compliance with the OHS. Facility upkeep at 100% and heightened hygiene measures to be followed as per the SOPs.
•Smooth functioning, attendance, grooming standards and arranging and overviewing of monthly trainings of allied teams of 3P Services
- Security
- Housekeeping
- Office boys
- Pantry staff
• Compiling MIS reports pertaining to 3P staff
• Vendor Management
- Monthly and quarterly review with vendors providing Security, HK, Office boy and Pantry staff
• Monitoring horticulture services and bill processing
• Asset management
- Regular review of office assets
- Record keeping of inventories and arranging repair and replacement
• Driving annual deep cleaning drive
- Planning and executing pre drive activities
- Mobilizing teams for the deep cleaning process
- Ensuring drive completed as per set SLA
- Processing invoices
• Internal events
- Coordinating with Business on event planning – event set up and food
• A Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent professional degree
• Good communication, facilitation and relationship-building
• At least 4-5 years of significant experience of working in a professional services firm or MNC environment
Salary 👉 30,000 to 40,000
